2010-2011 Tuition Payment Option Plan

The Parish offers three (3) methods for tuition payment:

•Families may pre-pay tuition in full by CASH or

       CHECK by June 1, 2010.

•       Payment in Full by July 1, 2010 by ACH withdrawal.

•Monthly Payments by ACH automatic withdrawal

        from your checking or savings account.

       Withdrawals are made on the 3rd of each month.

FOR ACTIVE FAMILIES:  10 monthly payments beginning July 1, 2010 and ending April 1, 2011.  Active Families are those who are:

•PRESENT regularly during Sunday liturgies

•CONTRIBUTE by way of the offertory envelopes

•VOLUNTEER their time and talents in the Volunteer

        Involvement Program (VIP)

•PARTICIPATE in some fashion to the success of the

       Gift Card Program

NON-ACTIVE FAMILIES will be responsible for the full amount of tuition by paying the ACTIVE FAMILY REDUCTION amount as their final payment on May 1, 2011.

The Academy of Saint Bartholomew

The primary purpose of the ASB Pre-K program is to provide children with a smooth transition from the home to a school environment.  The family is the first model for developing attitudes and appropriate behavior, but the school offers a young child an opportunity to interact with other children and adults in an atmosphere based in Christian values.  We encourage the development of each child spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically through hands-on learning experiences and discovery opportunities. 

ASB offers three Preschool programs to fit your child’s needs:

3 year-old program – 3 year-olds with birthdays before September 30th

Tuesday and Thursday

12:05 pm -2:05 pm

4 year-old program - 4 year-olds with birthdays before September 30th

              Monday, Wednesday and Friday

11:35 am -2:05 pm

Pre-K program – older 4 year-olds and young 5 year-olds

      Monday-Friday

     8:15 am -10:45 am

Our 5-day program allows the child more time to develop skills that are needed

in our full-time Kindergarten program.

Please note: Students need to be toilet trained and independent in the bathroom before enrolling in our preschool program.
