I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.  After High School, I entered the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Our Lady of Cincinnati College.  It since has been bought by Xavier University.

My first teaching assignment was here in Cleveland at Ascension School, which was also my home parish and where I attended school for eight years.  While teaching at Ascension, I attended Baldwin Wallace College and graduated with a Masters in Administration.  I was then transferred to Sandusky and Vermilion, Ohio were I was principal for a total of 12 years.

I knew my first love was teaching and taught a few years in Clyde, Ohio and then returned to the Cleveland Diocese to teach at the Academy where I have been for 15 years.

I can honestly say that I love worked at St. Bartholomew and especially teaching Second Grade.  It is also nice being back in Cleveland near my family.
