Mrs. Jennifer Muro
My name is Jennifer Muro and I teach 5th and 6th grade here at the Academy of St. Bartholomew. I have a 6th grade homeroom where I teach religion and spelling and I teach math and social studies to both 5th and 6th grade. I am happy to say this is my 19th year teaching at St. Bart’s!
I attended Holy Name High School and then moved on to Tri-C where I earned an Associate of Arts degree. From there I went on to Cleveland State University where I graduated in December of 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I was a substitute teacher for a semester after I graduated from college, and then I was lucky enough to join the Academy of St. Bartholomew in the fall of 2000.
Any free time that I have is dedicated to my family. I have been married to my husband, Keith, for 18 years. We have two children, David and Kayla, who graduated from St. Bart’s and now attend Holy Name High School. We love amusement parks, so most of the summer involves trips to Cedar Point! I also enjoy taking bike rides through the park with my husband.
I am looking forward to a very successful year here at St. Bart’s where our students will grow both spiritually and academically!
